2nd Class have been mini engineers and designed a system to protect an egg from cracking or breaking from a high wall.

5th Class participated in the RDS Primary Science Fair with a project investigating where in the school the most germs can be found.

Well done girls!

Ms. Shovlin’s Class participated in a ‘Holly Hunt’ recently in the school garden.

Maths week was a great success, each class decorated a flower or mini beast for our ‘Maths Garden’. Each child in the school was given a login password for www.mangahigh.com and the girls logged on during the week to play maths games.

Science Fair

The school held a very successful Science Fair recently and each class had an experiment from a different strand of the science curriculum on show. 4th, 5th and 6th classes did projects for the INTEL Mini Scientist Competition. One project from 6th class will proceded to the next round of the competition.

2nd Class recently planted daffodils in the school garden and acorns in small pots in the classroom.
